The staff was enthusiastic and nice and always on disposal. We had the family room and it was tidy with a terrace.

The location was good and the staff very helpful.

At breakfast times the table with the food and utensils was not kept replenished. Each of the 3 mornings i had breakfast there were things i had to ask staff for. Bowls , Spoons, teaspoons.

The hotel was not only overall clean but fully equipped in every way. Great value for money and well-equipped rooms with a terrace and the individual thermostat, as for instance, pleasant stay! Close to a bus stop and 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. The nicest place to stay when traveling to Berlin.

The location is fantastic, with Janowitz Ubahn Station right outside and only a short walk to Alexanderplatz. The vibe feels trendy and lively, perfect for a younger crowd. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed, made for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the easy access to transportation and local restaurants. I faced a few issues. The restaurant closed too early at 8 PM, which limited my dining options. I had to specifically ask for an iron. On one occasion, happy hour prices were confusing, as I was charged full price for drinks during that time despite getting a discount the day before. A better explanation of drink pricing would help avoid any confusion.
